The Reason
Your Hydraulic System Fails
The failure of pumps to develop sufficient
pressure and the internal leakage or jamming of valves can almost always be
shown to be due to a high level of contamination in the system. Although
hydraulic systems have filters to remove contamination, due to design
constraints most just don't filter that well to begin with because they
must be designed to allow full flow.
To make matters worse, filters
that are running under the system pressure are subjected to surges that can
release large quantities of
contamination that had been previously captured. This released
contamination then hits the "down line"
components with a short duration intense burst of damaging contamination.
Why
Perfect Filtration Hydraulic Filters are Better
Perfect Filtration filters, on the other
hand, are in a loop independent of the main system eliminating the
efficiency losses brought about by surges and pulsation. This allows for a much
finer continuous "polishing" of the fluids to a very high degree
of cleanliness, ultimately saving you a substantial amount of money through
reduced wear, longer fluid life, and less downtime and labor costs.
